Position: The village is situated directly on the sea in the beautiful bay of San Gemiliano at about 1.5 km of Arbatax.

The Rooms: Rooms elegantly redecorated, spacious and comfortable with 2/3/4/5 beds, bathroom, colour TV, air conditioning, fridge, safe and telephone, Standard rooms on ground floor, with small porch; Superior rooms on the first floor, with equipped patio and sea view.

Services and Equipment: the central building of the village hosts the piazzetta bar, boutique/bazar, TV room and the restaurant, beach bar not far from the beach. Available: collective courses of wind surf, canoe, sailing, archery, swimming and tennis, swiming pool, five-a-side football field, bowls, beach volley,  diving center, medical service, in the evenings animation and spectacles, games and sports programs, beach service with an umbrella and two deckchairs per room. For kids miniclub centre available, with swimming pool; car rent, scooters, mountain bikes, rubber dinghies, pedalos, banana boats, water-skiing, boat excursions.

The catering: full-board basis includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at buffet, tables from 4 to 8 places, all served in a porch with sea view; at lunchtime meat and fish barbecue. Water, wine and drinks included.

The Beach: directly on the beach with fine sand, private, equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas.
